About zpic
- What is zpic?
zpic is an AI image and video generation studio. You describe what you want in a text prompt, optionally add reference images, and zpic generates the picture or video for you. Everything you make is saved to your library, where you can download it, reuse it as a reference, or delete it.
The studio runs in your browser and works on phones, tablets, and desktops. No software to install.
- Which AI models does zpic use?
zpic runs its own models. We post-train state-of-the-art open source image and video models and serve them from our own infrastructure, so the quality and the content rules are ours to set. The image model handles both text-to-image and image editing with references; the video model generates video with native dialogue and sound.
- What can I create with zpic?
Images from a text prompt, in square, portrait, landscape, and widescreen formats at 1K or 2K resolution. You can also guide an image with up to three reference pictures, which makes zpic an image editor as well as a generator: change a scene, keep a character consistent, or restyle a photo.
Videos from a text prompt, from 2 to 30 seconds long, at resolutions from 480p up to 4K, with dialogue and sound effects generated alongside the picture.
- Does zpic allow adult or NSFW content?
Yes. zpic is an adults-only service and can generate mature and adult content for users who are 18 or older (21 where local law requires it). You confirm your age before you use the studio.
Adult content is allowed only within our content rules. Depictions of minors in any form, sexual or intimate imagery of real people without their consent, and depictions of non-consensual harm are banned outright. Attempts are blocked automatically, the account is terminated, and illegal material is reported to the authorities. The full rules are in the Terms of Use.
- Can I upload photos of real people?
Only with their consent. Before your first upload you confirm that you have permission from every person who appears in the picture, that none of them is under 18, and that they agree to their likeness being processed by an AI service. Uploading a photo of a celebrity, an ex, or anyone else who has not agreed is a violation of our terms, and intimate imagery of them is a violation of the law.
If your likeness has been used on zpic without your consent, email support@zpic.ai with proof that you are the person depicted. We remove reported non-consensual content within 48 hours of verification.
Accounts and getting started
- How do I get started?
Open the image studio, confirm that you are an adult, and sign in with your email address. New accounts receive a small welcome balance of credits so you can try the studio before you buy anything. Type a prompt, pick a format, and generate.
- Is there a free trial?
Every new account starts with a few free credits, enough for a handful of images. There is no subscription and no card on file: when the welcome credits run out, you buy a credit pack and continue.
- Why does zpic say my email address can't be used?
To keep the welcome credits out of the hands of automated sign-up farms, zpic refuses a small set of address patterns at sign-up, for example Gmail addresses with many dots scattered through the name, or addresses with a plus sign in the name (jane+tag@example.com). Sign up again with your regular address. If you believe a legitimate address was refused, write to support@zpic.ai and we will sort it out.
- How do I delete my account?
Open the account menu in the top right corner, choose Manage account, and delete the account from the security section. Deleting your account permanently removes your prompts, uploads, generated images and videos, and any remaining credit balance. Credits are not refundable on deletion, so spend them first. Welcome credits are granted once per email address: an account created again with the same address starts with an empty balance.
Credits and pricing
- How much does zpic cost?
zpic is pay as you go. You buy credits in packs and each generation spends credits; there is no monthly fee. Packs start at $19.99 for 2,650 credits, and the larger packs give up to about a quarter more credits per dollar. Current packs and prices are listed on the Credits page.
- How many credits does an image or video cost?
An image costs 12 credits at either 1K or 2K resolution. A video is priced per second of output: 19 credits per second at 480p, 38 at 720p, 70 at 1080p, 75 at 2K, and 85 at 4K. So a 5 second 720p clip costs 190 credits, and a 10 second 1080p clip costs 700.
The studio shows the exact price of a generation before you submit it. If a generation fails, the credits it reserved are released back to your balance.
- What payment methods do you accept?
Credit packs can be bought with cryptocurrency, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and the major stablecoins, through our payment partner NOWPayments. Crypto purchases get 10% off the list price. Card payments are coming soon.
A crypto payment must be sent in full, in the coin you selected, before the payment page's timer runs out. If a payment arrives short, late, or in a different coin, it is not credited automatically; email support@zpic.ai with your purchase ID and we will apply the value you sent.
- Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you spend them. The only way to lose credits is to delete your account, or to have it terminated for breaking the content rules.
- Can I get a refund?
An unused credit pack can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase. Once any credit from a pack has been spent, the pack is no longer refundable, because the GPU time behind each generation has already been paid for. Credits charged for a generation that failed because of a problem on our side are returned automatically, and you can write to support@zpic.ai about any charge you think is wrong.
Because on-chain payments cannot be reversed, refunds of crypto purchases are issued as zpic credits, or in exceptional cases in cryptocurrency to a wallet you provide. The details are in the Refund and Billing Policy.
Ownership, privacy, and your content
- Can I use what I generate commercially?
Yes. zpic assigns you whatever rights it holds in the images and videos you generate, so you can use them in your own projects, including commercial ones, as long as you stay within the Terms of Use. Be aware that AI-generated media may not qualify for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, which affects whether you can stop others from copying it.
- Does zpic train on my images?
No. Your uploads, prompts, and generated outputs are private and are not used to train models unless you explicitly opt in to a program that says otherwise. We do not sell or share your personal information. See the Privacy Policy.
- How long are my images and videos kept?
Uploads and generations stay in your library until you delete them. An account that has been inactive for 90 days has its media removed. Deleting a generation or your whole account removes the files from storage and from the content delivery network.
- Is my content private?
Your library is visible only to you when you are signed in. Generated files are delivered through a content delivery network at unguessable addresses so the studio can load them quickly; anyone you send such a link to can open it, so share links only with people you want to see the file. We review inputs and outputs only to investigate suspected violations of the content rules.
- What happens to faces in the photos I upload?
A photo of a person may contain biometric information such as facial features. We process it only to carry out the generation or edit you asked for, we never sell it, and it is destroyed on the schedule written in our Biometric Information Privacy Policy.
Using the studio
- How do I get better results from my prompts?
Describe the subject, the setting, the lighting, and the style in plain sentences, in that order of importance. Name the shot type (close-up, full body, wide shot) and the mood. For images, add a reference picture when you want a particular face, outfit, or composition kept; the model follows references closely. For video, keep the prompt focused on one action and describe what should be heard as well as seen, since the sound is generated with the picture.
- How long does a generation take?
Images are usually ready in well under a minute. Video takes longer, from a minute or two for a short clip up to several minutes for long clips at high resolution. You can run several generations at once, up to 5 images and 3 videos at a time, and leave the page while they finish; results are waiting in your library.
- Why was my prompt blocked?
Every prompt and upload is screened automatically before any credits move. A request is blocked when it falls under a banned category: anything involving minors, sexual or intimate content of real people without consent, or non-consensual harm. Blocked requests cost nothing. Repeated attempts to produce banned content lead to account termination.
- How do I download or delete my generations?
Open any image or video in your library or in the studio feed to download it at full resolution, use it as a reference for a new generation, or delete it. Deleted files are removed from storage and cannot be recovered.
- How do I contact support?
Email support@zpic.ai, or open the account menu and choose Support. Include your account email and, for a problem with a generation or a purchase, the generation or purchase ID. We typically answer within 24 to 48 business hours.
